十二烷基磺酸铁催化合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛 被引量:4

摘要 以十二烷基磺酸铁为催化剂,苯甲醛、1,2-丙二醇为原料,研究合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。分别考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、原料配比、带水剂用量等条件对产物收率的影响。结果表明:十二烷基磺酸铁是合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,在n(苯甲醛):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1.0∶1.3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1%,带水剂环己烷为7.5 mL(苯甲醛为1 mol时),反应时间90 min的优化条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达79.5%。 Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of dodecyl sulfonic acid iron.The effect of reaction time,the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of raw materials and water carrying agent on the product yield was investigated respectively.Experimental results demonstrate that dodecyl sulfonic acid iron is a good catalyst for preparation of benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal.The optimized conditions are as follows: mole ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1∶1.3,the amount of catalyst is 1% of reaction materials,cyclohexane as water-carrying agent is 7.5 mL(benzaldehyde is 1mol),and the reaction time is 90min.Under such conditions,a 79.5% yield of benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was obtained.
