摘要
研究了以甘油和氯化氢为原料制备二氯丙醇的反应,考察了催化剂的种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对二氯丙醇收率的影响,结果表明,在以丙酸作为催化剂,催化剂用量为甘油质量的5%,反应温度为110°C,反应时间为11 h的条件下,二氯丙醇收率可达到94%以上。
The reaction of glycerol and hydrogen chloride to produce dichloropropanol was studied.The influencing factors including reaction time,temperature,catalysts of different sort,and ratio of catalyst to glycerol were investigated.The experimental results showed that the yield of dichloropropanol exceeded 94% under the following conditions: propionic acid was used as catalyst,the ratio of catalyst to glycerol was 5%,the temperature was 110°C,and the reaction time was 11 h.
