摘要
采用HNO3-H2O2作消解液进行微波消解,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(Inductively cou-pled plasma-atomic emission spectrometryI,CP-AES)同时测定南美白对虾饲料中的Fe、Zn、Se、Cu等8种微量元素。结果显示,本法灵敏度高,准确性好,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.524%~1.695%之间,加标回收率在93.2%~101.4%之间。试验发现,南美白对虾饲料中含有较丰富的微量元素,能促进南美白对虾的生长发育。
The contents of eight trace elements(Fe,Zn,Se,Cu,Mn,Ni,Co and Sr)in Penaeus vannamei feeds were determined by ICP-AES(Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry).The samples were digested by microwave with HNO3-H2O2 solution as reagent.The determination results showed the method was sensitive and accurate.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=5) were in the range of 0.524%~1.695%,and the recoveries were in the range of 93.2%~101.4%.There are abundant trace elements in Penaeus vannamei feeds,which could promote the growth of Penaeus vannamei.
