摘要 针对压缩机主轴在使用中频繁发生断裂这一问题,用模糊理论L-R模糊数法有针对性地给出其安全使用概率与寿命之间的关系。通过算例表明,应用L-R模糊数数值计算方法计算主轴的失效可能度,即得出可靠度R=0.979580,与常规设计中可靠度的计算相对比,L-R模糊数由于在某种程度上反映设计中的复杂性,故计算结果更能反映实际结构和零件强度的真实情况,与工程实际更吻合。 Aiming at the high frequency of the fracture of compressor shaft,the relationship between the probability of sureness and the use life of compressor shaft was given by L-R fuzzy number method of fuzzy theory.Based on examples,the numerical calculation method of L-R fuzzy number is applied to calculate the failure possibility of shaft,and the reliability of compressor shaft is obtained,that is R=0.979580.L-R fuzzy number can reflect the complexity of the design in some degree,therefore,the calculation results can much better reflect the actual structure and components' strength and more consistent with engineering practice,compared to the calculation of reliability in conventional design.
