摘要
论述我国主要大江大河治理上的历史性难点,讨论水利发展中可能遇到的一些重要关系,指出水利科学应包括水科学、水工程和水管理,是一个综合性很强的学科体系,是水利事业的科学基础。通过分析治水理念、治水措施、基础理论和研究方法的新变化,提出水利科学新的生长点。
The historic difficulties of major rivers in China as well as the important relationships which might be encountered in the development of water conservancy were discussed.It was put forward that the water conservancy science should include water science,water projects and water management,and it should a highly comprehensive subject system and also the scientific basis for the water conservancy industry.A new growing point of the water conservancy science was proposed by analyzing the new changes of flood control concepts,flood control measures,basic theories and research methods.
