摘要
近年来,煤电占我国年总发电量超过80%,是我国最大的温室气体(GHG)排放源,也是实现我国GHG减排目标的关键行业.为了分析GHG排放限制对煤电行业的影响,构建了包含煤炭开采、运输、发电、废弃物处理等环节——煤电全生命周期GHG排放核算模型,并以华东地区某火力发电企业为案例进行实证分析,研究结果表明:该电厂每度电GHG排放量为1.018千克,根据当前国际GHG排放权交易市场的交易价格,该电厂单位电能GHG排放成本为0.122~0.255元/kWh,从2006年到2009年的经营数据看,该电厂GHG排放成本均高于当年的净利润,考虑了GHG排放成本后该电厂利润均为负值.
China's power structure is dominated by coal-fired power,which accounts for more than 80% of power output in the past few years.Coal-fired power industry is vital to realizing China's GHG reduction target.A GHG accounting model was established based on Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) method which included processes: coal mining,coal transporting,coal combustion and waste disposal.Case study from a coal-fired power station located in the east of China revealed that GHG emission per kWh is 1.018 kg CO2-e.GHG emission cost of the factory is $0.122~0.255/kWh.Net profit of the coal-fired power station was negative if GHG emission cost was considered.
