临床路径作为一种标准化的诊疗管理模式,不仅可以缩短平均住院日,降低住院费用,还可以提高医疗质量,提高病人满意度。但目前临床路径的广泛实施尚存在一些阻力,作者有针对性地提出了开展临床路径的政策性建议,为规范临床诊疗行为,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全,构建科学的质量控制体系提供理论基础。

As a standardized medical service management model, clinical pathways can not only shorten the average in - hospital time and reduce hospital costs, but also improve the quality of care and improve patients＇satisfaction. Nevertheless, there is still some resistance to the implementation of clinical pathways in some hospitals at present. It is an immediate issue as how to get a clear understanding of the resistance and put forward corresponding measure. In this paper, through analysis, targeted policy recommendations of conducting clinical pathways are proposed, with the hope of providing a theoretical basis to standar dize clinical diagnosis and treatment behavior and improve the quality of care.
