摘要
通过对南通市部分二级以上医院就诊患者和社会不同人群开展随机问卷调查,统计分析患者满意度及对医患关系的影响因素,并在梳理出医患关系不和谐的四项主要原因的基础上,提出和谐医患关系建设的建议与对策。
Through a random survey, by questionnaires, of patients in some hospitals above second - tier and some people from different social groups in Nantong City, the patients's atisfaction and the factors influencing harmonious doctor -patient relationship were statistically analyzed . On the basis of summarizing the four major causes of unharmonious relationship between doctors and patients, the paper puts forward six suggestions and strategies for building harmonious doctor - patient relationship.
