摘要
面向电网的光伏电站电能采集监视系统的核心之一是光伏电站发电模型。主要对提出的电网电能采集信息系统中的光伏电站发电模型进行参数分析,设计了最少的静态参数和最少的动态测量方案;对发电模型的静态参数、动态测量参数进行了灵敏度分析,掌握了其误差对功率精度的影响程度,并提出了满足功率总精度要求的各静态参数、动态测量的精度要求,便于对设备制造商提供的静态参数和电站监控系统测量参数提出精度要求或提出复核的依据。通过了真实投运电站的验证,显示所提出的光伏电站发电模型的可行性、经济性、实用性。
One key issue of the grid-oriented energy data acquisition and supervisory system for the grid-connected photovoltaic power plant is the plant-level power generation model. A comprehensive model is proposed, and a minimum steady parameter and measurement scheme is put forward after the parameter analysis in this paper. Based on the sensitivity calculation for the steady and dynamic measurement parameters and their effects on the power output, the accuracy requirement for those parameters is worked out, by which the accuracy requirement can be made accordingly for the steady parameters provided by PV battery manufacturers and the measurement parameters of the monitoring and control system of the plant. Verification of the model by a PV plant actually put into operation demonstrates the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the model.
