摘要 科罗索酸作为防治肥胖症和2型糖尿病新药,已进入美国FDA的Ⅲ期临床药效学评价。近年来有研究表明,科罗索酸具有抗炎、抗氧化应激及抗肿瘤等功效。综述科罗索酸调节代谢方面及细胞毒性方面的研究进展,并展望其抗肿瘤作用的研究及应用前景。 Corosolic acid(CRA) as new remedy for obesity and type 2diabetes,has entered the Phase Ⅲ clinical efficacy evaluation of FDA in United States.In recent years,studies have shown that corosolic acid has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress and anti-tumor effects.This paper reviews CRA research progress on aspects of metabolic regulation and cytotoxicity,and discusses the research and application prospects on its anti-tumor effect.
