丹贞合剂治疗绝经后妇女脂质代谢紊乱的临床研究

The Clinical Research of the Treatment on Lipid Metabolism in Postmenopausal Women by Dan Chen Mixture

目的:观察自拟中药复方丹贞合剂治疗绝经后妇女脂质代谢紊乱的临床疗效以及对相关机制进行分析。方法:将136例脂代谢紊乱患者随机分成两组。治疗组68例采用丹贞合剂加减治疗,对照组68例采用血脂康胶囊治疗。疗程均为8周,观察两组治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)水平的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组均可使血清TC、TG、LDL-C降低(P<0.05),两组比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗组升高E2,并与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组降低FSH(P<0.05),但组间无明显差异。结论:丹贞合剂补肾祛瘀,平调阴阳,调节绝经后妇女脂质代谢紊乱机制应与促进雌激素升高,改善绝经后妇女内分泌功能有一定关系。

Objective：To analyze the treatment on lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women by Dan Chen mixture through clinical research and mechanism study.Methods：136 patients with lipid metabolism were divided into two groups,the treatment group（n=68） were treated by Dan Chen mixture,the control group（n=68） were given by Xuezhikang treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH） and estradiol（E2） were observed before and after treatment.Results：After treatment the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were markedly reduced（P0.05）,also the differences between two groups were not statistically significant.The treatment group increased E2 concentration which was more significant than that of the control group（P0.05）,and reduced FSH level（P0.05） after treatment.Conclusion： The Dan Chen mixture＇s definite effect on lipid metabolism was achieved by benefiting kindney and circulating Stasis as well as balancing yin and yang in postmenopausal women.Moreover the mechanism was maybe related with increasing E2 concentration and adjusting postmenopausal women＇s endocrine disorder.
