摘要
目的:本文论述了反渗透膜在制药工业中主要的污染以及根据污染的类型、程度、膜材料的性能选择清洗剂,在实践的基础上,选择一个相对合理的清洗方案。方法:使用化学方法交替对反渗透膜进行清洗消毒。结果:降低电导率,提高制水产量,对原水的利用率大大提高,产水量由55 L/min达到90 L/min,延长了反渗透膜的使用寿命。结论:两种方法各有优点,但碱洗-氧化-酸洗法更为经济、合理有效。
Objective : The paper introduced the phenomena of RO membrane fouling in water treatment of pharmaceutical industry. By the type of pollution, effect and materials of the RO membrane to choose the most appropriate cleaner. So we did kinds of test to discovery the best program of cleaning. Method : The method what crossover design the chemical drug is suitable for us. Result : This method can cut down conductivity, improve the output of water. And the utilization ratio of water was improved. The water production was improved from 55 L/min to 90 L/min. Extend the life - span of apply. Conclusion : The two methods had their advantage, but the first method is more economical and affective.
