摘要
利用厦门市城市地价动态监测资料,构建城市地价水平预测分析的GM(1,1)模型。经模型精度检验表明,该模型对厦门市地价指数的历史变化趋势的拟合程度高,能较真实的反应厦门市城市地价水平和动态变化趋势。
Based on the monitoring data of urban land price of Xiamen city,this article constructs the GM（1,1） model of prediction analysis of urban land price.The model accuracy tests show that the developed GM（1,1） model has an ability to fit quite well with the change tendency in land price of Xiamen city,indicating that the model can real respond the Xiamen city land price level and dynamic change trend.
