摘要
目的探讨松果体区肿瘤脑积水的治疗。方法回顾性分析56例经手术病理证实的松果体区肿瘤脑积水的处理。结果术前行脑室外引流1例，脑室-腹腔分流术2例；术中行侧脑室-枕大池分流35例，未作处理15例，行侧脑室外引流3例；术后因脑积水不能缓解行脑室-腹腔分流术12例。结论术中行脑室-枕大池分流术对大多数松果体区肿瘤脑积水患者是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the treatment of hydrocephalus caused by pineal region tumors. Methods The treatment of hydrocephalus caused by 56 pathologically confirmed pineal region tumors were analyzed retrospectively. Results Before operation, ventricular drainage was performed in 1 case. ventriculo - peritoneal shunt was in 2 cases. During operation, ventriculo - cisternal shunt was done in 35 cases,no treatment in 15 cases, ventricular drainage in 3 cases. Ventriculo -peritoneal shunt was carried in 12 cases, in which hydrocephalus was not relieved after tumor remove. Conclusions Intraoperative ventriculo- cisternal shunt （Torkildsen＇s procedure） is safe and effective for the majority of patients with obstructive hydrocephalus caused by pineal region tumors.
