以NgR为靶点治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展

摘要 目前对脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的治疗方式有细胞移植、化学药物、基因治疗、针刺等。由于在SCI过程中,常伴有少突胶质细胞受损后释放的Nogo—A、髓鞘相关蛋白(MAG)、少突胶质细胞相关髓鞘糖蛋白(OMgp)三种髓鞘相关抑制分子,它们可以与Nogo-66受体(NgR)结合而抑制轴突再生。
