岩舒注射液辅助治疗早中期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical effect of yanshu parenteral solution adjuvant therapy in the early metaphase endometrial carcinoma

目的:探讨和研究岩舒注射液治疗早中期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效。方法:具有完整临床资料的早中期子宫内膜癌患者54例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各27例,其中对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予岩舒注射剂辅助治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,观察组在近期疗效(有效率为18.52%)、癌痛缓解率(有效率为51.85%)及改善生活质量等方面优于对照组,不良反应较少。结论:岩舒注射液辅助治疗中早期子宫内膜癌具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To discuss observe the clinical effect of yanshu parenteral solution adjuvant therapy in the early metaphase endometrial carcinoma.Methods Chose 54 patients whose endometrial pathology indicated the early metaphase endometrial carcinoma,One group used conventional therapy,the other combined conventional therapy with yanshu parenteral solution.Results The near future effect rate and the remission rate of the observe group is 18.52%,51.85% respectively,which better than the control group,and the adverse reaction is few.Conclusion Applying yanshu parenteral solution to the early metaphase endometrial carcinoma as a adjuvant therapy had a better clinical effect.
