内镜下治疗大肠息肉的临床效果

The clinical effect of endoscopic treatment for colorectal polyps

目的:探讨内镜下治疗大肠息肉的效果。方法:选取205例行内镜下治疗大肠息肉患者的临床资料,分析其240枚息肉大小、部位、病理特点以及内镜治疗情况。结果:240枚大肠息肉在内镜下治疗均取得成功;错构瘤性息肉8枚(3.33%),炎性息肉33枚(13.75%),增生性息肉75枚(31.25%),腺瘤性息肉124枚(51.67%)。结论:内镜下高频电切大肠息肉是一种安全有效、经济简单以及痛苦小治疗方法,虽然存在一定并发症,但相对手术较为安全,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods Analysis 205 cases patients’clinical data who endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps.Analysis 240 pieces polyp size,site,histological features and endoscopic treatment.Results 240 colorectal polyps treated by endoscopic surgery were successful;Hamartomatous polyps 8 cases（3.33%）,inflammatory polyps 33 cases（13.75%）,hy perplastic polyps 75 cases（31.25%）,adenomatous polyps 124 cases（51.67%）.Conclusion Endoscopic electrosurgical resection of colorectal polyps is safe and effective,economic,simple and small pain treatment method,although there are some complications,but the relative operation more safety,it is worthy of popularization and application.
