摘要
炼油厂产生的含油污泥占含油污泥的比重很大,且其含油率较高,具有一定的回收利用价值。实验采用化学洗涤法在平平加-20和硅酸钠溶液为洗脱液的条件下对含油污泥进行处理并回收原油,确定硅酸钠在液固质量比为6︰1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为20 min,质量分数为0.03%的条件下达到最佳洗脱液效果,残油率为5.3%。与之相比平平加-20的最佳处理效果虽然不比硅酸钠好,但是仍然具有一定的使用价值。
The oily sludge from refineries accounts for a significant proportion of oily sludge,since its high oil content it has a value of recycling.Taking peregal-20 or sodium silicate solution as eluent,oily sludge was treated and crude oil was recovered by chemical washing method.And the optimum process conditions were determined as follows:for sodium silicate solution eluent,the liquid-solid mass ratio 6:1,the reaction temperature 70 ℃,the reaction time 20 min,and the mass fraction 0.03%,residual oil rate is 5.3% under above conditions;The treatment result of peregal-20 eluent is not better than that of sodium silicate solution eluent,but it has use value,too.
