摘要
指纹采集信息虽然不是万能的,但它的作用至关重要,很多情况下会成为事故处理的关键,为事故处理节约许多成本,但要借助于成熟的指纹档案。因为指纹档案的缺失或者不够完整导致了在事故处理中人财物的巨大浪费,它带来了一个课题。
Though fingerprint information is not a panacea, but it played a vital role and became the key for the accident in many cases, saving a lot of cost with the help of mature fingerprint files. The defects of fingerprints lead to enormous wastes in accident disposal, bringing a subject.
