摘要 研究了钢渣粉比表面积对含钢渣粉活性粉末混凝土(RPC)抗压强度的影响,运用灰色关联度分析法探讨了钢渣粉颗粒群特征对RPC抗压强度的影响规律.结果表明:钢渣粉的比表面积宜控制在460~550m2/kg之间,同时,应尽量减少或限制粒径大于30μm的钢渣粉颗粒含量,增加粒径为5~30μm,尤其是粒径为5~10μm的钢渣粉颗粒的含量,以优化钢渣粉的颗粒级配,从而提高钢渣粉颗粒群的反应活性、改善含钢渣粉RPC的性能. The influence of specific surface area of steel slag powder(SS) on compressive strength of reactive powder concrete(RPC) was studied and the effect of particle size distribution(PSD) of SS on compressive strength of RPC was investigated by gray correlation analysis.The result indicated that the optimal specific surface area of SS was 460-550m2/kg for RPC preparation.Moreover,the content of 5-30μm,especially 5-10μm particles should be increased while the content of particles over 30μm should be reduced in order to optimize the PSD of SS,enhance the reactivity of SS and thus improve the performance of RPC.
