摘要
在电网建设施工过程中，工程建设外部环境复杂，通过对电网建设工程受阻原因进行分析，结合电网建设施工冲突所涉及的问题、当地居民所关心的问题，针对如何处理电网建设工程中的阻工问题提出几点看法和意见。
In the construction of power net, as the complexity of the outer construction environment, through analyzing the cause of the hindrance in the construction of electric power engineering and combining the problems in respect of the construction conflict in power grid construction process and the problems concerned by the local residents, the paper presents some points and proposals about how to deal with the work hindrance in the electric power engineering.
