创伤后应激障碍患者静息状态下脑默认网络研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorders,PTSD)患者脑默认网络结构的变化。方法采用静息态功能磁共振成像技术,采集9例临床确诊PTSD患者和10名正常自愿者静息态脑功能数据,并运用独立成分分析方法(ICA)分离出每例受试者的脑默认网络,将其结果进行组内分析和组间分析。结果 PTSD患者的脑默认网络左侧前内侧额叶和后扣带回区域功能连接度下降,而楔前叶区域功能连接显著增强。结论在静息状态下PTSD患者的脑默认网络连接发生改变,这为PTSD患者影像学诊断提供了一个灵敏的生物信号特征。 Objective To explore the changes of brain's default network in patients with post-traumatic stress disorders(PTSD).Methods Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) was performed in 9 patients with PTSD and 10 healthy volunteers.Independent component analysis(ICA) was applied to separate the brain's default network of all the subjects.Two sample t-test was used to analyze the difference of the brain's default network between the patients and the healthy controls.Results A decreased functional connectivity was detected in the left anteromedial frontal lobe and the cingulate gyrus of the patients with PTSD,while an increased functional connectivity was detected in the precuneus.Conclusion Functional connectivity changes of the brain's default network in patients with PTSD provide a sensitive biological signal for imaging diagnosis of PTSD.
