摘要
针对缝隙式燃烧器“W”火焰锅炉存在的燃烧稳定性差、下炉膛前后墙火焰偏烧严重、燃烧效率低和炉膛结渣严重等问题,通过燃烧机理分析和数值模拟研究,提出将乏气风火嘴移至靠炉膛中心相邻的两条二次风处、对三次风室进行分割和加装导流板,以及加装防渣风的改造方案,经过实践证明,该改造方案实施后,锅炉燃烧稳定性得到提高,消除了下炉膛前后墙火焰偏烧现象,锅炉效率提高2%左右,控制了炉膛结渣现象。
Considering the poor combustion stability, partial flame burning on the frount and rear walls of lower furnace, low combustion efficiency, furnace slagging and other questions for split burner, this paper proposes the reconstructing plan that wind burner of exhaust gas is moved to two adjacent secondary air place which closes the center of furnace, tertiary air compartment is divided and attached to the baffle, in addition, anticlogging wind is used, according to practice, after the implementation of this reconstructing plan, the combustion stability of boiler is enhanced, the phenomenon of partial flame burning on the frount and rear walls of lower furnace is eliminated, boiler efficiency can be increased about 2% -4%, furthermore, furnace slagging is controlled.
