摘要
简要地分析了电力通信网络建设现状，并详细介绍了2010年六盘水供电局抗冰保电期间通信网络应急保障系统的建设实践，为电力系统通信行业在事故应急状态下保障体系的建设提供了参考依据和建设经验。
This paper briefly analyzes the status of electric power communication network construction, the details of the 2010 anti - ice protection of communications network Liupanshui Electric Power Supply Bureau, and prouided the reference and construction experience for communication support system of power indusfrg in the state of emergencg.
