摘要
首先概述了一种针对高压开关柜故障的局部放电带电检测技术，涉及该技术的检测原理、实际测量以及数据分析等方面；随后对开关柜带电检测技术在贵阳供电局的运用情况作了详细地介绍，证实暂态对地电压新技术是开关柜设备的局部放电状况检测和定位的有效方法。
In this thesis, a on -line detecting technology for switch cabinet was summarized firstly, including the principle of detecting technology, the actual measurement, the data analysis and so on. Then the application of on - line detecting technology for switch cabinet in Guiyang Power Supply Bureau was introduced detailedly. It is confirmed that this new technology based on transient earth voltage is an effective way for detecting of equipment in switch cabinet.
