摘要
目的研究沙生蜡菊花降脂活性部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、制备HPLC等多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从沙生蜡菊花的降脂活性部位中分离得到了6个化合物,并分别鉴定为1个香豆素类化合物:东莨菪苷(scopolin,1),2个木脂素类化合物:tortoside B(2)(,7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),2个查耳酮类化合物:chalonaringenin-2'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),chalonaringenin-2',4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)1,个橙酮类化合物:金鱼草素6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(aureusidin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)。结论化合物1-6均为从蜡菊属中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fraction of lipid-lowering of Helichrysi arenarii Flos. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various methods of isolation ( silica gel, ODS and HPLC column chromatography)and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data and chemical properties. Results Six compounds were identified as scopolin ( 1 ), tortoside B ( 2), (7 S, 8R) -dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), chalonaringenin-2'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), chalonaringenin-2', 4 '-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), and anreusidin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ). Conclusions Compounds 1-6 were obtained from Helichrysum Mill. for the first time.
