Construction on a new model of archives knowledge resource management

结合某大型电网公司档案知识资源管理模式的创新，首先对目前档案进行了科学的分类，并对档案管理模式及存在的问题进行了分析，再从原理模型、管理模式、业务过程、结构模型、系统结构和保障体系等方面论述了档案知识资源管理的建设。通过实施结果表明，推动了公司档案信息化上台阶，有效提高档案管理水平和工作效益。

Combined with the innovation of archives knowledge resource management mode in a large power grid corporation, firstly carried on the classification to the archives scientific, moreover carried on analysis of exist problem of currently archives management mode. Then, the construction of archives knowledge resources management was discussed from principle model, management style and business process, structure model, system structure and guarantee system etc. Implementation result shows that have promoted fileinformation of this company and effectively improved archives management level and efficiency.
