运行中变电站改扩建工程施工问题的探讨

Discussion on reconstruction project construction problems in operational substation

500kV八河变电站按照规划应投运完两个完整串和两个不完整串，由于线路架设等原因，在投运行初期只投运行了第四串设备，现需投运第三串设备，在站内工作时需要边运行边施工，安全问题突出、调试过程复杂。为此，根据施工实践总结概括出改扩建施工的一般原则和要求，以及施工组织设计、细化施工方案和作业计划的准备工作；阐述了施工内容和具体步骤，以及安全保证的具体措施，并强调了施工中的注意事项。

According to the plan, 500kV Babe substation should put into two complete string and two incomplete string operation. Due to construction of line,only put the forth spring of devices into operation in the early operation,it need put the third spring of devices. Need operation and construction when working in substation,which cause security problem stands out and the complicated debugging. For this reason, according to construction practice, the general principle and request of reconstruction project construction, construction organization design, detailing to construction plan and the preparation work for operation plans are generalized. The construction content , concrete step and concrete security guarantees measure are discussed. And the points for construction are emphasized.
