小儿复发性皮肤淋巴管瘤1例
摘要
临床资料患者男，9岁。因“右膝内侧肿块9年”于2007年7月13日来诊。患者于出生时右膝内侧有一肿块，无红肿、无破溃，随身体生长而增大。6岁时于当地医院就诊，以“右膝内侧淋巴管瘤”行手术治疗，术后病理示：淋巴管瘤。术后不久复发，且肿块逐渐增大，疲劳时该肿块增大明显，休息后好转。发病以来精神好，饮食、睡眠佳，大小便正常。既往史无特殊，父母体健，无家族遗传病史。
