摘要
目的:研究微型种植体作为强支抗解决上牙弓前突的有效性。方法:选择严重上牙弓前突的患者12例,减数拔除上颌双侧第一前磨牙,种植体植入上颌第一磨牙和第二前磨之间膜龈结合处,以滑动法整体内收6颗上前牙。通过X线头颅定位侧位片的测量方法,观察切牙和磨牙的位置变化。结果:牙弓突度均得到明显改善,治疗后上颌切牙切端水平内收7.49mm,上切牙牙轴平均减少12.46°,上颌第一磨牙平均前移0.32mm。上颌切牙治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),上颌磨牙近中位移治疗前后差异无统计学意义。全部病例均获得理想的侧貌改变,前牙覆覆盖正常,建立上下磨牙的中性关系和良好的尖窝锁结关系。结论:微型种植体作为强支抗解决上牙弓前凸效果显著。
Objective: To study the effectiveness of micro-implant as a strong anchorage for dental arch protrusion.Methods: 12 patients of severe protrusion of the upper arch,were extracted the bilateral maxillary first premolar.Implant placed between the maxillary first molar and second premolar.X-ray skull lateral film was used to observe changes in the position of incisors and molars.Results: Arch protrusion were significantly changed after treatment.The cut ends of the maxillary incisors backed 7.49 mm,the shaft reduced average 12.46 °,the average forward of maxillary first molars was 0.32 mm.Maxillary incisors before and after treatment was statistically significant(P0.05).The displacement of maxillary molar was not significant different before and after treatment.All patients got a good profile changes,a neutral relationship between the upper and lower molar and a good sharp junction between the lock nest.Conclusion: Micro-implant as a strong anchorage significant change the dental arch protrusion.
