术前CT血管造影在游离腓骨瓣移植中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨术前CT血管造影在游离腓骨瓣移植中的临床应用价值。方法:对13例利用腓骨瓣或腓骨肌皮瓣修复颌骨缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,应用三维重建软件SimPlant Pro 11.04对其术前CTA原始DICOM数据进行分析。结果:腓动脉起始外径为(3.03±0.57)mm,腓骨头尖距腓动脉起始垂直距离为(43.11±10.11)mm,腓骨头尖距穿支血管垂直距离为(172.46±27.99)mm。腓动脉起于胫后动脉。结论:动脉走行恒定,起始外径较粗。术前CT血管造影无创、准确、直观,对游离腓骨瓣移植具有重要手术指导价值。 Objective: To investigate the application value of preoperative computerized tomographic angiography(CTA) in free vascularised fibular flap transfer.Methods: Thirteen patients,who underwent the maxillomandible reconstruction by free vascularised fibular flap were analysed retrospectively.The original DICOM data of preoperative CTA were analyzed by software SimPlant Pro version 11.04 before the surgery.Results: The original external diameter of peroneal artery was(3.03±0.57)mm and the perpendicular lengths from fibular head to onset of peroneal artery and to fibular perforator vessel were(43.11±10.11)mm and(172.46±27.99)mm respectively.Peroneal arterys were originned from posterior tibial artery.Conclusion: Peroneal artery travels stable and the original external diameter is thick.Preoperative CTA is a noninvasive,accurate and direct-viewing method,which plays an important role in free vascularised fibular flap transfer for lower limb vascular assess.
