微螺钉-横腭弓联合支抗辅助正畸治疗临床疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对单纯微螺钉支抗和微螺钉-横腭弓联合支抗辅助治疗成人双颌前突患者临床疗效的比较,探索联合支抗辅助治疗的优越性。方法:选择平均年龄为21.68岁的双颌前突患者22名,正畸治疗中分别以微螺钉(组1)、微螺钉与横腭弓联合(组2)加强支抗,对2组应用不同支抗患者术前术后软硬组织的变化差异进行统计学比较。结果:组2的上唇美线距LS-EP、上颌磨牙矢状位置U6-VP、上颌磨牙垂直位置U6-HP、上唇突距LS-VP、上切牙水平距U1-VP、上颌磨牙间宽度U6-U6治疗前后的差值较组1有显著性差异;两支抗组其他测量值差值无统计学意义。结论:微螺钉-横腭弓联合应用在三维方向对上颌磨牙的控制较微螺钉更有效和稳定,更多的内收上切牙及上唇。 Objective: To explore through comparing the clinical outcomes between microscrew implants(MIA) and anchorage by combining microscrew implants and transpalatal arch(MIA-TPA) in adults with bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion.Methods: Twenty-two patients mean aged 21.68 with bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion were chosen.They were reinforced anchorage by either TPA(group 1) or MIA-TPA(group 2) respectively.Statistical methods were utilized to analyze the difference of morphological changes of facial profile and hard tissues in both groups.Results: Compared with gorup1,there is significant difference of LS-EP,U6-VP,U6-HP,LS-VP,U1-VP,U6-U6 for group2.The difference resulted from changing other parameters is not statistical.Conclusion: Using both microscrew implants and transpalatal arch,three-dimensional control of the direction of the upper molar is more effective and stable,and has greater retraction of the maxillary incisor and upper lip.
