摘要
ZF15000/27.5/42型放顶煤液压支架针对10m以上特厚煤层研制,具有目前最大的工作阻力和使用高度。同忻煤矿8101工作面煤层平均厚度14.13m,采用大采高综放开采,机采高度控制在4.0m以下,支架的支护强度确定为1.46MPa,对应的支架工作阻力为15000kN。现场使用结果表明,该型支架的支护强度和结构特点能够满足特厚煤层强矿压要求,达到了预期的效果。
ZF15000/27.5/42 full-mechanized top-coal caving powered support was developed for over 10m thick coal-seam,which has the largest working resistance and supporting height.In 8101 mining face of Tongxin Colliery,coal-seam is averaged 14.13m and was mined with the method of full-mechanized caving mining with 4.0m mining-height.Supporting density of the powered support is 1.46MPa and corresponding working resistance is 15000KN.Application on-the-spot showed that its supporting density and structure characteristic could meet the requirement of strong underground pressure in extremely-thick coal-seam and reached expectant effect.
