Analysis on the Features of Annual Logging Quotas and Research on the Management Policy in Anhui Province during the 12th Five-Year-Plan Period

本文在简要回顾安徽省年森林采伐限额编制和管理历史的基础上,采用比较分析的方法,立足安徽省森林采伐管理改革现状,深入分析了"十二五"期间年森林采伐限额编制和管理特点,研究探索了安徽省"十二五"期间年森林采伐限额管理政策的变化走向。

In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the history of formulating and managing the forest logging quotas and present situations of logging management reform in Anhui Province,the formulation and management features of the annual logging quotas during the 12th Five-Year-Plan period were analyzed in depth with comparative analysis method.The trend for the annual quota management policy in the same period were also studied and explored.
