海岛主权争端与国际关系问题探讨

我国海域辽阔,岛屿众多,但在东海和南海的海域中,部分岛屿由于各种复杂原因,至今还为外国势力所染指和占领,严重侵犯了我国的领土完整和主权安全,不仅影响了我国的海域经济发展,而且也扰乱了周边的国际关系。有鉴于此,本文对海岛主权争端与国际关系问题进行深入探讨,并提出解决海岛主权争端的对策创意。

China has vast sea area and numerous islands, but in the East China Sea and South China Sea waters, part of the islands for a variety of complex reasons, have been occupied by foreign forces and seriously violated China＇ s territorial integrity and sovereignty and security, not only meddled into our economic development of the sea, but also disrupted the surrounding international relations. In view of this consideration, this paper is intended for exploring into the island sovereignty dispute and discuss issues of international relations, and figure out creative Strategy for the island sovereignty dispute settlement. This paper deems that to settle the dispute it is not advisable to hide China＇ s real intention but to strengthen the ＂sovereignty belongs to me＂ mentality, make better use of factors of disharmony between the countries concerned to make the international public opinion fa- vourable to China; actively promote ties between peripheral states, and jointly preserve China＇ s maritime rights and interests.
