文章介绍了安钢实施标杆管理的背景和目的,以及在标杆管理创新实践中重点抓的几个环节、具体做法和实施对标以来取得的效果,并对今后标杆管理活动的深入开展提出了一些建议和思考。
This paper introduces the background and purpose of staff management in Anyang Steel and some key points,the detailed steps and achieved effects in the practice,meanwhile proposes some suggestions and considerations on how to deepen the staff management in the future.
