实施"农家书屋"工程体现了中央关于转变政府职能,建设服务型政府的要求,体现了情为民所系、权为民所用,利为民所谋的宗旨。所以各级政府应象搞经济工作一样实实在在地抓好"农家书屋"建设,认真落实有关政策措施,建好、管好、用好"农家书屋"。

Implementation of the farmer bookstore project reflects the central government＇s requirement about the transformation of government functions and construction of service-oriented government, it also embodies the aim of ＂thinking for people, using right for people, seeking benefit for people＂. Therefore, all levels of government should truly implement the construction of farmer bookstore just like carrying out economic work, and execute earnestly the relevant policies and measures in order to build, manage and use this project well.
