摘要
结合有色金属冶金非连续铸造作业中铸锭夹吊与转运作业工艺需求,介绍一种特殊的电液控制立平两用吊夹具设计研发要点,讨论两用吊夹具机电液三部件系统的研发主要问题及主要实现手段,并简要介绍了控制调试步骤。
Based on the lifting and transport process demands of casting ingots in discontinuous nonferrous metallurgy casting operation,the article presents key design and development points of a special vertical-horizontal dual purpose lifting tools with electro-hydraulic control, discusses main problems and implement measures of the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components system in the dual purpose lift- ing tools, also briefly introduces the control and debugging steps.
