花岗岩水膜除尘器烟气带水原因分析及其处理方法

Cause Analysis and Treatment Method of Flue Gas with Water in Granite Water Film Dust Remover

花岗岩水膜除尘器运行中由于多种原因导致烟气带水,引起主排风机机壳积水,叶片粘灰,进而降低风机效率,引起主排风机振动超标,被迫频繁停机,需清灰消振。本文结合文丘里花岗岩水膜除尘器实际运行情况,对引起烟气带水原因进行分析探讨,在水膜除尘器的建造规范、维护等方面采取措施,改善烟气带水状况,有效提高了回转窑的安全运行率。

During the operation of granite water film dust remover, flue gas with water caused by various reasons leads to the water accumulation in main exhauster casing,blade adhesive dust, then decreases the efficiency of the exhauster,leads to the vibration beyond standard limit,which is forced to shutdown frequently in order to remove ash and eliminate vibration.
