摘要
探讨微生物检验培养基的质量控制方法,对培养基的采购、制备、和贮存及性能测试等方面进行探讨。结果发现重视开展微生物培养基的质量控制,可提高微生物实验室检测工作的成效。
To explore quality control methods of medium microbiological testing. Carry out discussion on aspects of medium procurement, preparation, storage and performance testing. Microbiological laboratory detection results can be improved by emphasizing quality control of microbiological culture media.
