天津市滨海新区大港迎宾街水痘疫苗接种后水痘流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics after Varicella vaccination at Yingbin street of Dagang district in Tianjin

目的为了解水痘疫苗接种后水痘的流行情况,为今后防控工作提供依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统的疫情资料,采用χ2检验和t检验的方法对资料进行分析。结果水痘疫苗接种后大港迎宾街的水痘病例比同期减少,但水痘疫苗接种前后的性别、年龄、职业分布及目标人群占发病人数的比例均没有统计学意义。结论水痘疫苗是有效控制水痘发病的手段,但还需大力宣传,争取群众的积极配合和认可。

Objective To provide prevention references by studying varicella prevalence conditions after vaccination.Methods Conduct analysis by chi-square test and t-test with epidemic data collected from CDC information system.Results Varicella cases decreased after vaccinaiton compared with the same period of time. There were no statistical significance between the period before and after vaccination in the consideration of the proportion of sex, age, occupation distribution and target population. Conclusion As an effective measure for controlling varicella, vacciniaton should be propagandaed to get active coodination and recognition from the masses.
