中国高校配置海外人才的SWOT分析

The SWOT Analysis on the Collocation of Overseas Talents in Chinese Universities

基于文献研究和SWOT分析原理,对我国高校海外人才配置进行了SWOT分析,并依据迈克尔.波特基于SWOT分析法的4种可供选择战略,提出了我国高校配置海外人才的SO、WO、ST、WT四方面政策建议。高校应基于引才需求科学规划海外人才配置;建立新型引才模式,拓宽引才渠道;利用信息网络技术,优化海外人才结构。

Based on the literature study and SWOT analysis, we can analyze the collocation of overseas tal- ents in Chinese universities. According to 4 selectable strategic methods by Michael E. Porter, four kinds of policy and suggestions, i.e. SO, WO, ST, and WT are put forward to collocate the overseas talents in Chinese university. Chinese university should scientifically plan the collocation of the overseas talents according to the needs for the talents, establish a new mode to broaden the channel of attracting talents, and make use of information network to optimize the structure of the overseas talents.
