青海民营企业科技创新能力研究

Promoting Hi-tech Innovation Capacity in the Non-governmental Enterprises and Prod the Economy of Qinghai to be in Leaping Development

青海民营企业的发展在青海国民经济发展中的比重在不断提升,其科技创新能力的高低成为促进青海经济跨越发展的关键。本文通过对青海民营企业科技创新的现状、问题和对策研究,为青海民营企业科技创新能力的提升提出了一些个人见解。

It must firm the foundation of leaping development for Qinghai to entirely prod the ＂Four Developments＂ , and has to unswervingly take the route of prospering the province with hi-tech , keep the tactic of independently innovation ,emphatically leaping and accurately guidance to the future under the scientific conception on development , and impel the economic and social leaping developments with the constantly innovation of hi-tech. Therefore , we must hold tightly the core of hi-tech innovation , and make it become a forceful impetus for prodding Qinghai＇s economic leaping development by fully exalting this capacity. The developmental proportion of Qinghai＇s non-governmental enterprises is constantly being promoted in the civil economic development of Qinghai , and its hi-tech innovation capacity has become a key of accelerating Qinghai＇s economic leaping development . This paper put forward some personal opinions on its exaltation and development by surveying its present condition ,problems and countermeasures .
