摘要
利用沥青采用有机多孔模板法制备泡沫炭,以用做铅酸电池的集流体,用循环伏安、充放电实验研究泡沫炭电极和制备的铅酸电池的电化学行为.结果表明,多孔模板法制备的泡沫炭具有三维连通开孔结构,其阴极析氢电位低于-1.25 V,能用做铅酸电池的负极集流体;泡沫炭经表面电沉积铅后阳极析氧电位达到1.5 V,能用做铅酸电池的正极集流体.
Using pitch as material,the foam carbon was prepared by porous organic template and used as current collectors for lead acid battery.The electrochemical behaviors of foam carbon electroplate were studied by means of cyclic voltammetry,charge and discharge tests.The results show that the foam carbon has 3D open-pore structure,its releasing hydrogen potential reaches-1.25V,so it can be used as negative current collector for lead acid battery.After electroplated lead,its releasing oxygen potential exceeds 1.5V,and can be used as positive current collector.
