糖尿病病人下肢血管病变介入治疗的护理

Nursing care of diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease treated with intervention therapy

[目的]总结糖尿病病人下肢血管病变介入治疗术前术后护理措施。[方法]利用电子病历网络终端查询系统回顾性分析2007年9月—2010年5月在本院内分泌科住院并行下肢血管病变介入治疗病人的临床资料,并总结术前术后的护理对策。[结果]病人行介入术后临床症状明显好转,溃疡愈合,踝肱指数明显升高,无急性心脑血管并发症发生,部分病人临床症状缓解。[结论]糖尿病病人下肢血管病变介入治疗并发症的管理是介入手术成败的关键所在,因此介入治疗术前后排便护理及术后病情观察、伤口护理、抗凝药物应用的护理和生活护理,对有效防止介入术后并发症尤为重要。

Objective：To summarize the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures and experiences of diabetes patients with lower extremity vascular disease.Methods：Retrospective analysis was carried out for the clinical data of diabetic mellitus inpatients complicated with lower extremity vascular disease treated with intervention therapy from September in 2007 to May in 2010 in endocrine department by electronic medical records network terminal inquiry system and the preoperative and postoperative nursing strategies were summarized.Results：After intervention therapy,the patients＇ clinical symptoms obviously improved,and the ulcer healed,ankle-brachial index was significantly enhanced,no acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications occurred;partial patients＇clinical symptoms were relieved.Conclusion：complications management of diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease treated with intervention therapy is the key of intervention operation successful or not,therefore the preoperative and postoperative bowel care and postoperative disease observation,wound care,care of anticoagulant drugs application and life care of diabetes patients with lower extremity vascular disease are particularly important for preventing complications after intervention.
