摘要
介绍了目前石化企业进行带压开孔作业的现状,进行带压开孔作业的一般程序,结合近年来在石化企业带压开孔作业过程中发生的两起事故,分析了带压开孔作业带来的安全风险,提出相应的安全防范对策。
This paper presents the current situation of hot tapping operation and the general procedure for such operation in petrochemical enterprises.Based on two accidents occurred in the process of hot tappingoperation under pressure in petrochemical enterprises in recent years,the paper analyzes the safety risks from hot tapping operation under pressure and brings forward the corresponding safety countermeasures.
