摘要
延迟焦化装置大型化、原料劣质化、安全及环保要求日益严格,在带来冷切焦水处理工艺流程长、技术复杂的同时,也促进了处理工艺的不断优化与发展。通过实际应用案例,介绍国内冷切焦水处理传统工艺及优化技术。
With the large-scale unit,inferior quality of raw material and stricter demand on safety and environmental protection in delayed coking unit,the process to treat quench water and cutting water is getting complex,which also boosts the continuous optimization and development of process technology.This paper makes an introduction to traditional process technology and optimization technology of treating quench water and cutting water through practical application cases.
