枯草芽孢杆菌饲料添加剂对笼养和地面平养肉鸡生长性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 将1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡480只分为4个处理组:处理组1和2肉鸡日粮添加抗生素金霉素,处理组3和4替代添加枯草芽孢杆菌;处理组1和3肉鸡地面平养,处理组2和4采用笼养,试验期42d。结果显示,处理组2和3平均日增重无显著差异(P>0.05),显著低于处理组4(P<0.05),高于处理组1(P>0.05);处理组4肉鸡的饲料转化效率显著优于其他3个处理组(P<0.05)。所有处理组肉鸡的采食量指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验证明,无论是地面平养还是笼养方式,枯草芽孢杆菌替代抗生素对改善肉鸡的生长性能和养殖经济效益均有良好效果。 Four hundred and eighty new born broilers(ROSS 308) were assigned four experimental treatments (group 1 to 4). Aureomycin was used in diets of group 1 and 2, and bacillus subtilis feed additive substituted aureomycin in diets of group 3 and 4. The broilers of group 1 and 3 were reared on the cement floor, and group 2 and 4 in cages. In the experimental period of 42 days, the average daily gain of group 2 and 3 broilers were no differences (P〈0.05), and were lower than those of group 4(P〉0.05), and were higher than those of group 1(P〈0.05). The group 4 broilers had the best feed efficiency among all treatments(P〈0.05). Otherwise, there were no differences on the feed intake among all treatments(P〉0.05). These findings proved that feed additive bacillus subtilis could improve the growth performance and feeding economy of broilers in both floor and cage feeding systems.
