Development efficiency evaluation of equipment manufacturing industry in China:from perspective of sustainable development constrained by energy and environment

摘要 近年来,我国装备制造业发展存在着能源消耗严重、环境污染加剧等问题,制约着装备制造业的可持续发展。从装备制造业发展与社会发展的协调性、利用能源的可持续性和环境可持续性3个发展视角出发,应用DEA方法对我国装备制造业2005—2009年的发展效率进行评析,根据得到的结果提出对策建议,以期探索制约我国装备制造业发展效率的生态因素,为管理决策提供定量的参考依据。 In recent years, the development of equipment manufacturing industry in China has some problems, such as heavy energy consumption, increasing environmental pollution, etc., which restricts the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry. The development efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in China from 2005 to 2009 is evaluated by applying data envelopement analysis (DEA) method, from three perspectives of the coordination of development of the industry and the society, the sustainability of energy utilization, and the sustainability of environment. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed according to the result in order to explore the ecological factors that restricting the development efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in China, and provide quantitative references for management decision-making.
