中国承接IT外包竞争力影响因素实证分析

Empirical analysis on influencing factors of competitiveness of accepting Information Technology outsourcing in China

为了解我国承接国际IT外包竞争力的影响因素及其对我国承接IT外包竞争力的具体影响程度,基于波特的钻石模型理论,借鉴国内外相关研究,选取14个指标作为我国承接IT外包竞争力的影响因子并归为5组,通过主成分分析提取每组的共同因子,通过回归分析认为14个影响因子对我国承接IT外包竞争力有明显影响。由此得出结论:资本和劳动力成本的上升会削弱我国承接IT外包竞争力;完善的基础设施、高素质的人力资源、优惠政策及科技创新能提高我国承接IT外包竞争力;国内相关产业结构和国内外需求对我国承接IT外包竞争力无影响。

In order to find out the influencing factors of competitiveness of accepting Information Technology outsourcing in China and their influencing degree, fourteen indicators are selected as the influencing factors and classified into five groups based on Porter＇s diamond model and relative domestic and foreign researches. The common factors of each group are extracted through principal component analysis （PCA）, and the significant inflences of the fourteen indicators are acquired through regression analysis. It is concluded that the rising costs＇ of capital and labor will weaken the competitiveness; the improved infrastructure, high-quality human resource, preferential policy and scientific and technological innovation can improve the competitiveness; and the relevant domestic industrial structure and demands both home and abroad have no infuence.
